The Law of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) contains in Section 1 of Chapter II, Title II, the enforceable obligations of the compelled subjects, including “Asociación Centro de Estudios de Arte y Humanidades (article 2 of the LSSI-CE). These are the following: Registry domain name certificate; general information provided in the web; Duty of cooperation with the competent bodies; and duty of traffic data retention of electronic communications.
In compliance with the established by article 10 of the LSSI-CE, we have provided below the general information of the Web Page:
